My journey began long before I built my business. As a mother of nine, a homeschool educator, and someone who faced burnout while trying to balance family, faith, and purpose, I know firsthand what it feels like to lose yourself in survival mode. I reached a point where my nervous system crashed, my confidence wavered, and I realized something had to change. That breaking point became my awakening. Through years of study in health, life coaching, family systems, and energy healing, I developed a step-by-step process to help others identify what’s really holding them back, clarify their vision, and build self-awareness that leads to lasting transformation.
