The information provided through this website, our coaching, and our programs is intended for inspiration, education, and personal development. About Our Services
At Soul Notes Academy, we offer a range of services including:
Life and health coaching
Bodywork specializing in myofascial release and alignment
Energy healing
Guided meditations, planners, and personal development resources
Our intention is to help you reconnect with your inner voice, align with your values, and live with purpose. These offerings are not designed to diagnose or treat any condition, but to complement your own growth journey.
Coaching Sessions
Sessions are offered online, by phone, or in person as mutually agreed upon.
All sessions are prepaid to hold your spot and honor the time set aside for you.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
If notice is given with less than 24 hours, your session may be marked as used, though we understand life happens—credits may be issued at Melissa Smith’s discretion.
Client Responsibility & Consent
Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on your own choices, actions, and level of participation.
You are always in charge of your personal path, and we are here to support—not direct—it.
Coaching is not therapy, and we encourage clients to seek professional care when needed.
By working with us, you acknowledge that you are choosing to engage with these services of your own free will.
Confidentiality
Everything shared during coaching or healing sessions is held in the strictest confidence, unless disclosure is required by law. Your privacy and trust are deeply respected.
Third-Party Content
Occasionally, we may share resources or links to outside websites. While we only share content we believe in, Soul Notes Academy is not responsible for the accuracy or content of third-party material.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links shared on our site or emails may be affiliate links, which means we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only share resources that align with our values and that we truly recommend.
No Guarantees
Every individual journey is different. While many have experienced profound shifts through our services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as transformation depends on many personal factors. What we can promise is a space of safety, support, and compassion.
Refunds & Termination
All purchases are final.
In cases where sessions are purchased in advance but not used, credits may be applied toward future services (valid for 12 months).
If either party feels the coaching relationship is no longer a good fit, it may be ended respectfully. Refunds are not provided, but unused sessions may be rebooked.
Use at Your Own Pace & Risk
You are welcome to explore our content and offerings in the way that best fits your personal journey. By participating, you agree to do so at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for your health, well-being, and decisions.
